ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Telesales Manager for our team in Malaysia. If you are looking for a place where you can have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you! This role requires you to:
- Communicate regularly with the Head of Sales to discuss telesales strategies.
- Drive sales through leadership, coaching and development of telesales team.
- Develop and execute call strategy to optimise and maximise contacts to drive sales.
- Develop and motivate the telesales team.
- Prepare, evaluate and manage day-to-day operations using data and reports to maximise performance results.
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Handle escalations with sense of urgency.
ABOUT YOU
Skills/Experience required:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, outbound calls or sales.
- Ability to lead and inspire a large group of individuals to achieve aggressive sales goals with a focus on selling with a world-class customer experience.
- Ability to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu. Fluency in Mandarin an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
